Broadband Internet terminals provide online access to innovation -centric resources, e-journals, books and grass-root innovation portals etc. Innovative Laboratory Facility for carrying out innovative activities, experiments and projects in a multi-disciplinary set up. Facility for creative and innovation projects in robotics and microprocessor programming for practical applications. Thod Phod Jod (Break & Remake) Students will learn to disassemble gadgets/exhibits and reassemble them on their own. Kabad Se Jugad (Build from Scraps) Students can use low- cost materials to develop interesting models or science toys. Idea Box Students are encouraged to write down innovative ideas and submit them to idea bank. The best ideas are chosen for further development as project work. Make your own science models / kits Students work on an innovative idea and make a working model or kit PROJECTS New ideas that are likely to benefit the society shall be encouraged. The students, after becoming members, will submit their project proposal or ideas. They can start working on the project after it is duly approved by the expert committee. Students will be required to document their daily works at the completion of each project session. Good works/projects will be posted on the website of the Centre and they may get opportunity to participate in the Science/Innovation Fairs organised by the State/Central Government or any such bodies. Facilities of the Innovation Hub will be available on membership basis to school and college students as per details given below: Individual Schools students (Class VI to XII – Rs. 200 per head for one year). College students from science, technology and engineering streams (Rs. 500 per head for one year) Institutional Schools/Colleges can join as institutional members by paying annual membership fee of Rs. 1000 (for schools) and Rs. 2000 (for colleges). However, batch size per session at the Innovation Hub will be restricted to 15 students and 10 students for schools and colleges respectively. FEE WAIVER Fee waiver will be considered for deserving students from underprivileged section on merit basis. (Also include special concession of government school Students). MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS Science Lectures at MSC for one year. Fee waiver will be considered for deserving students from under priviledge sections on merit basis.
